1. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send your notice to support@playmagicsort.com with the subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice.

Your notice should include all of the following:

  • Your full legal name and contact information (email and mailing address).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on PlayMagicSort.com where the material appears.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the reported material and may notify the affected content provider or service partner. We may also request additional information if needed.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to support@playmagicsort.com with the subject line: DMCA Counter Notice.

Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • The specific material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (or your local equivalent where required by law), and that you will accept service of process from the original claimant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, we may limit or terminate access for repeat infringers and may block access to specific content sources that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

5. Misrepresentation Warning

Please note that knowingly misrepresenting that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may result in legal liability under applicable law.
